I don’t want to ruin the whole origin story here, but I will say this: Blights have the silliest origin and I am so totally on board with it. The plants come from vampires. How? What? Why? Plants don’t drink blood!
Blights are sentient diseased plants that want to take over the world, they’re basically if Groot played Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors.
That’s a fun movie! So Blights are probably friends, right? Oh, but Vampires are bad. So maybe Blights are fiends.
